Yes, both the driver & office will track all flights. Early or Late No Problem....We are there!!!!! When you arrive , have cell phone on & ready the driver will attempt to contact you directly. When you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please head towards Pickup area on diagram and description provided. If you do not have checked baggage, please go straight to pickup area. Please call the office with any questions.....

Take the escalator (or elevator) to the lower level baggage claim area. Your driver will be waiting for you at the bottom of the escalator with your name on a tablet.
After arriving, exit the train and take the stairs or elevator to the main level. There are two doors to exit the terminal. Please take the door away from State House. Your driver will be holding a tablet with your name on it.
TERMINAL A: (Delta, Southwest, and West Jet) After grabbing luggage on lower level, proceed to follow Limo/Ground Transportation signs to exit the terminal. Walk across the crosswalk to LIMO parking lot. Your driver will be waiting with your name on a tablet. (NOTE: Delta International arrivals come into Terminal E)
TERMINAL B: (Air Canada, Pen Air, American Airlines, American Shuttle, Spirit, and United) After grabbing luggage on lower level, proceed to follow Limo/Ground Transportation signs to exit the terminal. Use crosswalk to enter YELLOW WALLED parking garage and follow the purple signs to the LIMO pickup area within the parking garage. Your driver will be waiting with your name on a tablet. (NOTE: American International arrivals is Terminal E)
TERMINAL C: (Aer Lingus "departures and arrivals", Alaska, Sun Country, Virgin America, JetBlue, Cape Air, TAP Portugal "departures only" After grabbing luggage on lower level, Use elevator (near exit doors) or escalator up to LEVEL 2 (one level up from baggage claim). Exit terminal and walk across the crosswalk until you reach LIMO pickup area. Your driver will be waiting with your name on a tablet. (NOTE: Jet Blue international arrivals is Terminal E)
TERMINAL E: "All international arrivals" After grabbing luggage on lower level, proceed to follow Limo/Ground Transportation signs to exit the terminal. Walk across the crosswalk (across 2 islands) to the LIMO pickup. Your driver will greet you with your name on a tablet.
